Liked: Easy access to get too
Disliked: Other guest very loud and letting their dog bark and also shortage of pillows and no microwave or refrigerator in the room

Stay could have been better

Disliked: The room wasn't ready at check-in time, and it wasn't the room that I reserved. The staff kept trying to offer me a different room ( I realized they didn't have the one I reserved available). The bed wasn't a queen and was too small. Also, the TV remote didn't work & I had to climb on the floor just to plug in the tv. Most hotels offer at least 4 pillows. There were only 2. When you know someone has a reservation, the room should be ready, with all appliances, electronics already plugged in and ready. Other than these issues, the place was clean and otherwise ok.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was spacous, on first fl. Everthing was well lite. Plus pet friendly.Even my cat was comfortable there.!
Disliked: There was no fridge.The night girl did not seam to know what she was doing

Disappointed.

Disliked: The rating is kind since I am a long term Motel 6 traveler. My partner was sensitive to faint tobacco smells. Possibly in the bedding. We left a clothing item there , called to notify the front desk, stopped by Tuesday to pick it up. It was not returned and likely taken by the housekeeper. I also left a $10 bill for housekeeping. Very disappointing. This comment was also sent to your corporate office.
