Cat pee

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be and prices were decent. Th staff was all friendly.
Disliked: Our room Thursday night smelled like cat pee, it was so saturated it gave me a terrible headache and nauseous all of friday. The floors and walls were sticky, it was not clean and was extremely uncomfortable. They did switch us to a new room for friday night and it was clean and comfortable.

It was awful and disgusting.

Liked: In a good location
Disliked: Not worth the $174.00. Non smoking room had been smoked in. It absolutely stunk. One small bar of soap. No hair dryer shampoo/conditioner. No coffee pot. Had a difficult time getting into the room. The door handle stuck. First thing I noticed was the door molding coming off our door and the door to the room next to ours. This room was not worth 174.00. Will never stay here again.

Liked: The guy at reception did a lot to help.
Disliked: Another pillow would be good. The rooms are noisy. the toilet was difficult to flush and there was treading water at various times.

No positive to our experience

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Mistake in date of arrival in booking a day after arrival, on the actual day , first not the second of the month, no rooms available we could use, and no prepayment refund offered, or given. We are 77, and 73 years old, booked same day on internet, which is hard, and only 3rd floor room available when we arrived, no elevator, and no refund.

Disappointing

Disliked: Run down, thin sheets & blankets, bad pillows
