Disliked: There was no hot water in shower. I could barely get it warm enough to shower.

Disliked: Facility showed a bit of wear (exterior), but overall, well cared for!

Liked: The room was clean and very spacious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Because the room was near the stairs, there was vibration from when people would go up or down the stairs. In the evening, sounds from neighbors could be heard. But they were respectful and it was quiet most of the night. If you are sensitive to sounds, I'd recommend earplugs or have the fan running as whitenoise.
