I will not be staying...

Liked: What breakfast? There was no breakfast. No breakfast was offered.
Disliked: I was double charged and am left stranded 300 miles from home waiting for my money to be returned to my bank card. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as well.

Very good

Liked: I like the way Male staff do their job. They treated me with respect, and they were friendly. They understand their customers and they have ears to listen.
Disliked: The room was very noisy because it was right by the lobby. I was also disappointed when I was told to pay another $60 as my deposit, even though I had paid online.

I will not return to...

Liked: Room and Bath were clean. Unlike at check in, the staff st check out was very pleasant.
Disliked: The reception area was closed and relocated in at a tiny window in a narrow passage way. The staff was short tempered unpleasant at check in. A $ 60 deposit was tequested which speaks volumes to either management or clientel or both.

Liked: Claim Accessible but was not toilet was to low, door to narrow, bed to high
Disliked: besides not being accessible. shower in dire need of grouting, and cigarette burns on comforter in a nonsmoking room

convenient and friendly

Liked: Very accommodating and Great Staff!

Good

Liked: The convenient location and the price.
Disliked: Had to run the Hot water for 5mins for it to actually get Hot enough to shower. No microwave or mini fridge.

Disappointing

Disliked: The heater did not work as expected. It was a chilly night, we requested for extra blankets and the staff said they cant do anything about it.
