Disliked: HORRIBLE front desk and operation manager named Jay Taylor. I’ve never been spoken to like that, especially when his staff went inside my room and in my stuff. No apology instead a stubborn argumentative way of saying tough luck. Guys go to Sonesta, it’s the same price and you get WAY better value.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The room had good AC. The TV worked and the basics (water, shower, toilet) all worked.
Disliked: Absolutely horrible manager. Didn't have housekeeping my entire stay. This person has anger mgmt issues, but above all when I clearly explained how someone came into my room and went through my stuff - he was combative from the beginning instead of trying to understand the issue. STRONGLY recommend the 3 star hotels (same price, better customer service and better rooms). Speaking with corporate mgmt about this (if there even is any). It's not worth the trouble of being spoken to like a piece of trash. Shame on you.

Best one night stay.

Liked: Motel 6 host/receptionist Ms.Jessica showed the best hospitality and insured that this was a great location. And she is the best receptionist ever so acknowledgeable.
Disliked: The size the cleanest the freshness of the room was amazing. I was intrigued about a shower head in the bathroom.

Exceptional

Disliked: Paying for parking is ridicules for a place you are staying in. That’s just extortion. Plain and simple.

I was not happy.

Liked: I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke, weed and bleach. They did not put towels in the room so the next morning I dried off with hand towels. My card was charged before checkout
Disliked: the non smoking room I requested . not having the smell of weed in room and coming in from other rooms and having towels in the room . Having the front desk not charge my card until I actually check out.
