Liked: The motel was so bad, we refused to stay there. I am currently trying to get my money back. SHAME on you, Booking.com. We were on the road, tired, and used your service expecting a decent motel. I agreed to pay a non-refundable price, sight unseen, trusting that Booking.con (it seems it really is “.con”) vets the properties with which they contract. I requested a full refund, the following day, and Booking.com is now pressuring ME to resolve the situation with the motel. My husband told the desk clerk that night that we would not stay at that dump; requested a refund; he shrugged his shoulders and said we have to go through Booking.com. Same response from Booking.com: contact the motel.
Disliked: See above. I have never felt so unsafe at a motel. Garbage piled in the walkway, most of the rooms were empty, twitchy people lingering on the property… it was a very large property; mostly empty. Odd. Then we opened up the room, standing water across the floor. Went back to the desk clerk. He walked back with us, and randomly picked a different room. Husband said it stank. Clerk then picked a 3rd room. “How is this one?” Then he left. We both quickly agreed to go find some other motel. Motel 6. It was NOT a safe place to stay. We didn’t stick around long enough to find out what goes on there after dark. I want my money back! You misrepresented this property, and likely others.

Liked: Super close to kings Dominion, about a 10 min drive; convenient to all the fast food restaurants nearby.

Liked: Close to ABC, food stores and restaurants
Disliked: Dirty room, had to ask for towels, pool was gross, broken pool furniture, charged twice for the room and had to go through CC company to get refund, rude staff
