Very good

Liked: It was a good little room. Clean comfy working everything. What was a pleasant surprise was the wifi was faster there than any other hotel/motel I stayed in. Like I was able to use my ps portal which was mind amazing. Haven't been able to use it at any other place.
Disliked: If you're on the wrong side of the building all night you hear traffic from the highway.

To sum up my stay?...

Liked: After reading reviews I realized the only thing good about this dump was the friendly staff and if that's all they offer stay at the Hampton inn for fifty bucks more. They are friendly too and its just down the street.
Disliked: The bed was nothing anyone would want to sleep in. No sleep the first night until I learned to dodge the lumps. The towels if they even washed them were still dirty from a spill I cleaned up off the hardwood floors. Two towels had long black hairs stuck in them. Really appealing. I had to sign a damage waiver and the room was already damaged badly. No money invested in upkeep. This place sucks.

Stay was okay, no frills...

Liked: Price. Was very reasonable. Seemed to be clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No place to hang clothes except 2 hooks from a shelf on the wall. We hung ours on the shower rod when not using it. Not a very good place to put our luggage. Outside area was mostly dirt/gravel. No grass.

Disappointingly basic

Liked: Assist rails in bathroom were helpful. Room was clean. Office staff were friendly.
Disliked: Property is VERY close to interstate highway with heavy truck traffic all night, with inadequate soundproofing.. Room furnishings were very basic - no coffee maker in room; no surface in bathroom on which to place things (e.g., no vanity, shelf, etc). Like other properties, this one had inflated rates for the night before total solar eclipse.

Exceptional

Liked: Room was clean, staff was very polite and friendly. Tv had Many channels, not like the limited ones we have experienced at other places. Not a fancy place to stay but GREAT value!!

Good for an overnight stay

Liked: Hotel had all the basics.............but no frills.
Disliked: Our room was too close to the hiway and very noisy with traffice. Second night they moved us to room away from hiway and it was much better. Be sure to request a room on that side of hotel.

It was a basic no...

Liked: The reason why we booked here is because it was close to friends that we were visiting.We needed to bring our 2 dogs and they don’t charge extra for pets so that was a big plus for us. It was on the first floor handicapped room so it was convenient for my husband and having to take the dogs out. The room was clean no carpet but that was fine with us,the bed was comfortable. They also had a refrigerator and microwave,everything in the room worked as it should.
Disliked: It is unfortunately next to the freeway,so when the tv isn’t on it was noisy,I thought I would have a problem sleeping but we slept well. No breakfast just coffee but we knew this before we booked.
