Excellent location to events at AT&T.
Liked: Friendly staff; clean room; close to stadium event.
Disliked: Cable channels; WiFi code never worked; pool code didn't work; plumbing was horrible ( toilet had to be flushed an average of 3 times per use).

The hotel staff were friendly and available.
Liked: Rooms were clean; met my minimal needs; able to get iron board and iron from desk.

Liked: Location only
Disliked: We were there 30 minutes and killed 5 roaches. There was a nasty used wash cloth hanging from the shower rod. A old dried out rubber band feel out of the non used toilet paper roll. We had to leave and book another hotel.

Liked: Location to AT&T stadium is great right across the street
Disliked: Even though the room was $100 for 1 night. I didn’t like the extra charge for parking on there property. $50 per vehicle.

Our stay was 3/10
Liked: There was no breakfast or snacks .
Disliked: The elevator didn't work at times and the stair ways where dirty. They also charged me for parking which wasn't in the reservations. They where also homeless people sleeping and hanging around outside.

Disliked: we paid to stay there, location across from cowboys stadium. room was already paid for, check in and we were told that we would have to pay an extra $70 to park in the hotel parking lot (mind you room was already paid for) for the game. unacceptable. Elevator barely worked, and found a few live cockroaches in our room.

Liked: Close to cowboy game
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke no ice available on top of $250 charge for a dump charged $70 for parking. Worst place I stayed and paid a lot. Door jam broken so without inside latch could have been broken into

Location excellent, personnel ok but...
Disliked: The place had no cold water to shower. It was hot & hotter water and then they told us the reason was because boiler was broken. Hello ? Boiler broken no hot water

No coffee maker or microwave....
Liked: Close to the stadium
Disliked: Had to pay extra money to park at hotel because of the game. I was staying at the hotel the whole weekend! Wasn’t cool to have to pay $50 for parking after already paying almost $300 for the room for two nights.
