Decent but wouldn’t stay again

Disliked: Hot hallways and being sent to a room that was already occupied twice. Not fun especially after a full day.

Disliked: The room is $100 a night, which is way overpriced. There is no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways. No breakfast. No soundproofing from the hallways. You will hear everything that is happening outside your room. Dogs shit on the porch right under the feet of the guests and you can step in this shit.

I was in town for...

Liked: The hotel was comfortable and centrally located, which made things more convenient. I had to leave Red Roof Inn due to an odor and woke up with welts on my arm, so this was a much better alternative.
Disliked: There were wet spots in the hallway, and the doors to Area B weren’t secured, which felt like a safety concern. It would’ve been great to see better upkeep in the hallways and more attention to security—especially with external access points. Just a few tweaks would have made the stay feel more secure and polished.

Liked: Staff is good and location is good. Although the room is small, the temp in room, in a heat wave, is comfortable.
Disliked: Where to begin, the mattress is terrible. The edge and mattress overall is worn and should have been rotated. Towels are like sandpaper, shower pressure is weak dueto a faulty valve, no ability to take bath, no drain plug, the value isn't there. Tv remote is worn and the operation doesn't work for all options. $90 a night isn't a value $60 is the most I would pay. Otherwise, due to rhe business trip, cancelation wasn't an option .

Liked: Very good location. I can feel safety because room key is needed when guests get into the hallway that each room's door face to. My room was clean. Air conditioner and fridge worked well, it was enough for one night stay. It was good for me that coffee and hot water is available in the morning at front area. Thank you!
Disliked: They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, and kleenex. Don't forget to bring your own.
