Disliked: We had booked two rooms at this hotel the same day to accomodate our family traveling from Dallas to Arkansas for a funeral. When we arrived to check- in they had already charged my card ( which my confirmation email stated we wouldn't be charged until we arrived) then they told us that we couldn't stay because we didn't check-in before 6 p.m. so that was considered a no show. Mind you that there was no where listed in their policy these terms and conditions or else we would have never booked with them and we arrived before 12 a.m. Thankful to the kind staff at the hotel across the street for accomodating us after such a horrible experience providing us with two rooms at a discounted rate for a last minute booking.

Liked: Mr.Billy at the front counter was by far the best host I’ve ever have the pleasure to meet, very professional, very informative and the best at what he does!! The room are very very clean the best service the best price the best customer service hands down!!
Disliked: There’s nothing not to like the entire experience was spot on.
