Liked: We did not stay there.we pulled in the garage and just saw some people smoking outside the facility and it looks like some shelter.I explained the in front of staff we would like to cancel the book.she was really kind and reached out her boss and allowed me to cancel the book.I booked through booking and I tried contacting customer service,no help,they kicked the ball the the hotel.
Disliked: Low cost,but the location and the type people stay there make me feel not safe place to stay
