Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate

Liked: Had a good stay. Nice BIG, clean room and great outdoor jacuzzi! They even turned up the heater in it for me. Now that's service! Thank you all very much.

Exceptional

Location was good and quiet....

Liked: No Breakfast. Did like how close it was to the Adventure Parks.
Disliked: Bathroom a little out dated

Superb

Liked: I found the location great, it's only a 15 minute walk to the Disneyland parks. 24/7 access to tea and coffee. I found the beds to be comfortable and a powerful shower which was lovely and refreshing.
Disliked: I was given the front of the hotel which faces an incredibly busy road, so I found it to be very noisy at night which did disturb me throughout the night. I found that my door didn't shut properly so the noise from the road came into my room very easily. I would advise taking noise cancelling accessories.

Liked: The staff was amazing we were having difficulty with our care and the lady up front was very patient and helpful.
Disliked: We didn’t get any room service so no clean towels the whole weekend, we went out and bought our own.

Poor

Liked: Actually nothing I liked about it.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty when we got there. Called them to clean it. Yes, someone came, and it smelled like bleach for a while. She said yea sometimes we only just wipe it down. WHAT! Oh and the fan in the bathroom does not work. I did not like the fact that there was no ice in the ice machine. The pool was not heated. And everything was dirty. Oh, and the heater worked one day and not the other. Some of the staff were nice but some were not. I did not see in the advertisement that we had to pay for parking, and when I walked in to pay, they had a sign stating I had to pay. After I complained now it says you have to pay for parking. If that was the case, I would have gone to a different hotel with free parking and breakfast. Finally, we are getting ready to check out, and the cleaning lady was waiting for us outside the room, apparently for 15 min, and we still had 30 to get out of the room. I was not happy at all.
