Liked: Had a good stay. Nice BIG, clean room and great outdoor jacuzzi! They even turned up the heater in it for me. Now that's service! Thank you all very much.

Uncomfortable, unfriendly, unclean, front desk...

Liked: The front desk staff really kind and helpful, Staff named Chris.
Disliked: The cleaning staff very rude didn’t replace towels or trash, didn’t greet you, ignored when asked for help, there was no hot water only cold water. The pet area was full of dog poop, guest didn’t pick up after their pets. Unclean and smelled.

Worst trip bad staff

Liked: Was the worst customer service ever I wasn't very pleased then the staff where either to lazy or this one lady was always so rude and never wanted to accommodate me
Disliked: I honestly didn't really like anything
