Disappointing

Not what I expected

Liked: No breakfast was provided. They have the entire office closed with paper covering the windows. I think they have made it their personal apartment. The only way to have contact with management is through a little window. Broke down vehicles are on the property and they are repairing them.
Disliked: Everything previously mentioned.

Liked: Location to restaurants and interstate
Disliked: You had to stand outside and speak with the check-in person through a hole in the window, stairs and walkways were dirty, room was hot upon entering and the ac would not come on, the phone didn’t work so I had to go all the way back downstairs and speak to the gentleman through the hole in the window where he stated he would flip on the breaker. We couldn’t stay in the hot room to wait for the very slow air to cool down the room. The bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling off from the inside. The vanity faucet was not attached to the counter top so you had to hold on to it to turn on the water. The bed was extremely firm which I personally find uncomfortable but someone else might like. The bed and bedding appeared clean but when I turned on the bathroom light the next morning, there was a cockroach crawling up the wall.

Disliked: They cancelled booking then Doubled the price but was night before total eclipse!

It was okay but without...

Liked: There was at least a fridge and microwave.
Disliked: There were no cups, or sachets of coffee, milk, etc and no plastic eating accompaniments like forks, spoons or knives.
