Very decent motel. Inexpensive.
Liked: No breakfast provided (to anyone). I would probably give it a 10 if there was breakfast. It’s clean, a good price, the staff is nice, it’s attractive.
Disliked: Pool did not appear to be functional. Breakfast would be nice.

Liked: Location easy access, staff is nice in the office . Bedding smelled fresh.
Disliked: Could be way cleaner. We had a dirty towel hanging in our bathroom, the shower was not cleaned, hair on the floor, corners dirty.

Liked: The location of Motel 6 Alamogordo was convenient, especially for a short overnight stop. 15 minutes from White Sands National Park.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. The room had bed bugs, and I was bitten multiple times. The blankets had burn holes, and the shower was covered in hard water stains, making it very unpleasant to use. The pillows were also terrible, and it was uncomfortable to sleep on them.I do not recommend staying here if you don’t want to risk dealing with bed bugs. We were unlucky, and I’m writing this to warn others. The choice is yours!
