Perfect location and beautiful hotel...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with very friendly staff. Heated bathroom floors and the perfect shower
Disliked: The loft room was not well insulated and therefore you could hear all street noise from the 3rd floor and the guests talking in the next room. I’d happily return to this beautiful hotel but would choose an alternate room and ensure I had ear plugs.

Best location in Hobart

Liked: Best location in Hobart and walking distance to good restaurants, Salamanca market, and other attractions. Beautiful hotel & rooms. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Noisy neighbours but not the hotel’s fault.

It was my first trip...

Liked: Evan before I got there the staff were brilliant… replying to my email promptly and efficiently. During our stay everyone was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 20 and it was perfect. The hotel is well positioned within easy access of everything you want to do and go, room facilities have been considered and thoughtfully presented right down to the apple by the bed!
Disliked: First morning no hot water but it was explained there had been a malfunction and that it was being repaired
