Excellent! Staff were fantastic, room...

Liked: The reception staff were amazing, welcoming us in an extremely friendly and professional manner. We were personally escorted to our rooms (which were next to each other) and shown the amenities, lights, and other room features. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the room cleanliness was impeccable. Although parking was offsite, we were offered to keep our car in the reception area, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely return to Moss Hotel.
Disliked: With the markets on, finding the right entrance was a challenge. However, after a friendly professional conversation with hotel reception, we found it.

Disliked: The rooms could have a little more lighting. It felt a bit dark sometimes
