Liked: Bill the host is wonderful, attentive and happy to help. The room and bathroom were very clean, in fact the bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast was very good.

Liked: It is within walking distance to every area of Stratford. The owner was very accommodating and even fed us a bite when we arrived late from the theatre since there were minimum options and we were tired. Bill offers a wonderful breakfast with choices that he cooks fresh based on your time schedule. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
Disliked: Nothing. There were even treats left with some water in the room. Everything was well thought out.

Liked: Though it's a 3-star hotel on paper, the service and emotional intelligence reflect a deep understanding of 5-star hospitality. As someone who trains for that very standard, I can confidently say they’ve mastered what truly matters.
Disliked: For those who read only negative comments: the warmest welcome and an outstanding precision in the details.

Liked: Great location, slightly outside of the main part of town but perfectly positioned if you are also hoping to visit Anne Hathaway's cottage by foot during your stay.Bill is a fabulous host and takes plenty of time to make sure his guests feel comfortable and was happy to impart us with his knowledge of the local area.This is a great value B&B and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family and stay here again in future.
