Amazing, would definitely go back

Liked: The staff was amazing, really friendly and always willing to help. We also had to check in and out around 4-5 am and it was done with no problem at all even if reception wasn’t there. The instructions were very clear. The place was also very clean, breakfast was excellent and location is 10/10
Disliked: The only thing that bothered us were the thin walls, we could hear people coming back and forth the whole time since we were close to the bathroom. You can also hear the people on the floor above.

Liked: The breakfast was nice, a few options to choose from. The staff was lovely and super helpful. It was quite clean in general. Amazing location, we walked most places, super nice bars in the area. I would stay there again cause of the location and price.
Disliked: The room was super hot, no window (we knew booking) but It got hot and muggy really fast, we had to vent the room by opening the doors to the corridor. Also quite loud, we could hear every step others took. Weird showers, and clogged up drains both in the showers and sinks.

Great location, you get what...

Liked: We spent our majority in Södermalm and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. However, the place is right next to Slussen so it's super easy to get into Central Stockholm, only takes you about 10 minutes by subway or a 30 minute walk.Staff was very nice, albeit short-worded. :)The fact that breakfast is included in such a low price was a welcome surprise. It's not great breakfast. but it's what you pay for and it will get you through the morning.
Disliked: The photo's make the place look much nicer and cleaner. Our room did not have windows (and this was not mentioned in the listing), air ventilation was not great, the fan in the room was covered in dust, and the place in general just felt a bit unkempt and not very clean.

Liked: They were very accommodating when my flight was cancelled and I was going to be arriving a day late. Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming, I arrived in the pouring rain and wasn't even greeted with a smile or a welcome. The showers were so hot they were almost burning me. The rooms aren't particularly soundproof either.
