I would love to come...

Liked: Everything - fast wi-fi, helpful, friendly and professional staff, beautiful cafe and reading corner, secret garden, facilities, quietness
Disliked: I liked everything, would maybe suggest considering a heating system available despite the temperature outside (21 C in the room was a little bit too cold for me - but maybe it’s just me)

Perfect

Liked: Free drink on arrival, able to check into our room early, bed was huge and comfy, shower was good size, space to store our bags after checking out before going to airport.

Terriifc property, great staff, location...

Liked: Friendly-helpful staff. Very nice lobby/cafe space. Comfortable rooms, bathroom. Location is close to river, transit stops but away from the tourist crush in Old Town. Asian Kitchen (next rood) is superb.
Disliked: Sustainability focus meant A/C temp was limited, given the heat wave at the time, one night was a bit warmer than we would have liked, but a very minor issue.
