I would never recommend this hotel.

Liked: The only positive about this hotel is the location.Ive stayed at the Mosaic Hotel approximately 20 times over the last several years.Over the years Ive seen a gradual downward spiral of this hotel.This visit was by far the worst.While the location is quite good, the room, the personal service and elevator were our largest problems.Upon arrival the room seemed okay by a quick glance.Settling in a little more:1. The drain of the bathroom sink wouldnt open. We had to wedge our nails under so the water would drain. 2 There wasnt any soap in the container to use in the shower.3. The mattress on the bed had more lumps than Ive experienced at any hotel.4.The first two pillows on the bed were extremely hard and lumpy and the second set of pillows on the bed were somewhat soft however extremely lumpy.We would wake up each morning with a terrible back ache.I would never stay at the Mosaic again, nor would I recommend to another traveler.

Disliked: Sound travel made it difficult to sleep. The gym is completely bare and didn't even have dumbbells or space for a workout.

Liked: I liked the proximity to the places I wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very small and there is no ice machine or drink vending machines on the property. You have to go to the bar to find someone to give you some ice.
