Disappointing

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is outdated and you could hear every step the person above you took even though they were walking lightly. The showers are tiny and as an average size man (5' 11", 170lbs) I could barely fit in it.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Liked: Clean, bright room, good bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff were nice and accommodating. I did not use the facilities, so cannot comment, but my expectations for cleanliness and comfort were fully met.
Disliked: N/a

Pleasant stay.

Liked: The beds were very uncomfortable. I think the hotel is overpriced.
Disliked: Great location in Beverly Hills. The rooms are rather small.

Liked: Great location. Nice boutique hotel. The staff are attentive.

Liked: Easy access quiet, amenities walkable distance and close to Century City for work

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good sized room.
Disliked: Could hear the dog upstairs walking around on the floorboards - not soundproof.
