Exceptional

Liked: A clean, convenient place to stay with friendly staff that were happy to help us with anything we asked for. Linens, towels and housekeeping was topped up regularly. Thank you Morwell Parkside
Disliked: The shower door is awkward to use but we did figure out how to best use the space

Liked: Room was clean and bedding was neat and comfortable. There was enough facilities provided.OK for a short stay.
Disliked: Motel is dated. The motel seems to have a lot of long term clients who sit outside the rooms smoking with trays full of fag ends.Went outside in the morning and a client sitting right under our units window.Door security latch fell off.

Liked: Great service and location. Very clean, spacious rooms and was a great setup for our pet dog as well. Will be back. Plenty of onsite parking too.

Would stay again in Room...

Liked: Room 11 was great, clean and comfortable. So much so that we recommended it to our fellow traveller who stayed in room 10. Their room wasn’t as nice, smelled of stale smoke and wasn’t clean. This was disappointing as our room was exceptional. The place needs to get consistent. But otherwise we were very happy.
