Not a good experience at...

Disliked: The staff were extremely rude and not helpful and and the tv didn’t work, neither did the remote and they made me buy new batteries for the remote and it still didn’t work.

I wish I would’ve read...

Liked: This hotel didn’t seem to have an elevator, so with me being in a wheelchair I was grateful we were put on the first floor without them Knowing I was in a wheelchair when my husband checked us in.
Disliked: I was surprised they did not have a single extra pillow or blanket when we asked for them. Each bed only had a total of two pillows on them and mine just appeared to be foam wrapped up in a pillow case! There were lots of dead bugs in the window sill. The tv couldn’t have been more than 24” wide and hard to see from our beds. The bathroom doorway was too narrow to walk through with my walker, so I had to go sideways through it to the toilet, there were no hand bars and the toilet was quite low. Making the whole experience horrible!

Disliked: Did not realize the front desk was a BP. Asked for extra pillows they said they didn't have or know where any were. Also the room I didn't realize was a smoking room and had an ashtray in it and a musty smell.

Disliked: dirty, mold in tub, blood on sheets, keys didn't work. flat sheets and mattress pad would not stay in place. bored staff. overall a bad experience. advertised resteraunt, there was just a gas station, quick stop attached, so we left to find food. came back to find key not working, sheets with blood, tub with mold and meldew. one small lamp between beds, no other light. no outlets for devices until you unplug refrigerator.
