Liked: Location is fabulous, we walked to all the Old Town sites and museums. The Historic Home is very special and added to the trip. Staff were friendly and they take care of your luggage since there is no lift. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 on the main floor. Breakfast is self serve simple buffet. We had 3 rooms and all were lovely. We would stay here again.

Lovely setting for restoring yourself.
Liked: This hotel is around the corner from the famous Wills Eye Institute. I selected it for the location. My room was spotless and well-appointed and new! Everything was lovely but historical, such as the antique but rewired lamps and the sprinklers. There are no elevators in this building.
Disliked: Breakfast was sort of just ok.

Liked: This is a beautiful historic home that is now a hotel. The staff is incredible; so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean - and quiet! We had a room facing the courtyard and it was very quiet. It was a very unique place to stay with lots of special touches. Great location; easy to walk many places!
Disliked: Everything was lovely!

Liked: An historic house perfectly located at a walking distance of all the historic monuments of Philadelphia. Friendly staff who make every effort to let you feel at home. We appreciated the 5 o’clock tea and it’s diversity of cookies.
Disliked: A little pricey, not surprisingly because of the location.
