Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: - Perfect location, close to the train station, Hemköp and main attractions- Very friendly and helpful staff- Nice breakfast
Disliked: - Clogged sink (the staff kindly fixed it very soon)- A bit warm in the room due to the heat wave (would be nice to have an electric fan in the room)- Found old and dried fruit in the breakfast on the first day- The large bottles of shampoo and shower gel lying on the floor were inconvenient to use and didn’t look nice.

Liked: I had an excellent stay at Moris Hotel in Örebro. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Every interaction with them was positive – they go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance. Location-wise, it's perfect – very central and convenient to reach everything you need. A 5-star stay all the way. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was small and very cozy and beautiful! Reception was open for only limited hours, but a doorcode was provided so guests don't need to worry about the hours. Staff was very friendly and made guests feel welcomed. Breakfast was excellent, and since we had an early morning one day, they even provided us with a breakfast bag to go. Finally location was perfect, just few minutes walk from the castle with lots of restaurants nearby. Also, if traveling by car, it was easy to find parking on the streets nearby.
Disliked: Honestly I can't come up with anything not happy about. :)
