Mornington Hotel London Victoria

Great location, poor room standard

Liked: I loved the location (beautiful neighborhood, close to victoria station) and the view from the window.
Disliked: No elevator, we had room on the 3rd floor so carrying bags was tough. There was a mold in the bathroom and water in the shower and sink didn't drain well - asked staff to do something about it after our first night but nothing was done.

Very uncomfortable stay

Liked: Not much really, the room was super tiny and I felt very claustrophobic. The phone lines were permanently busy so I was unable to make any changes or request via the phone and nobody responded to my email.
Disliked: The room was super tiny, I feel so uncomfortable in there.

Liked: The hotel staff were welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was very small, making it difficult to gain access to the bathroom due to the door's proximity to the bed!

Comfortable hotel

Liked: The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. What more do you need.
Disliked: Too many stairs to the room. The room was a little small but we managed.

Bad

Disliked: I had to leave the hotel because it was too small for us. I emailed twice their manager and never got a response. Very bad customer service on that aspect.

Disappointing because of room size,...

Liked: Well connected location, in a good area - a wealth of cafes and interesting places to dine.
Disliked: Very small room for two people. Just about OK for one but with two single beds we could barely move. So extremely compact.

Great! Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Close to the theatre! Air con!!
Disliked: Very small room, two open suitcases were difficult to manage.
