Only 15 minutes from Derby and the M1 motorway the Morley Hayes Hotel offers luxurious rooms many with balconies. It has 2 golf courses 2 restaurants and a helipad. A free shuttle service is available from Derby Railway Station or East Midlands Airport to the hotel. Rooms at the Morley have elegant furnishings and stylish bathrooms. Most have a seating area and views of the golf course or countryside. Many have balconies deep baths and powerful showers. The Dovecote Restaurant serves gourmet dishes including a Sunday luncheon. Roosters Bar and Restaurant serves real ales light meals and snacks while the Spike Bar shows sporting events on a big-screen TV. The restaurant has won Derbyshire Restaurant of the Year and been awarded 2 Rosettes for its fine food. A full 18-hole Championship-length golf course a 9-hole course and a driving range are available. Tuition and equipment are available at the golf shop. Pleasantly surprised at the value...

Liked: Lovely hotel lovely rooms what surprised us was how reasonable food and drinks were in fact we had stopped at a pub nearby en-route and the prices at the hotel were better than a local pub - what a pleasant surprise. Food was excellent

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful...

Liked: Great location. Lovely and quiet. Meal in dovecote was very good. Room was roomy and well decorated
Disliked: Bathroom needs updating. Shower curtain was useless. Water went over the floor and loo.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, easy parking... Room clean and aircon very much appreciated! Only meal was breakfast and it was good. The welcome at Reception was appreciated....

Liked: The staff were very friendly with good banter and the hotel was perfect for my birthday stay. The restaurant was lovely albeit we only had cocktails. We will definitely be back for a stay and a meal.
