Lovely location, very expensive and...

Liked: Perfect downtown location.
Disliked: The floors didn’t look dirty until you spill water on them and the cloth becomes filthy. The carpet was old and definitely dirty.

Liked: Nice lobby, beautiful landscaping-fantastic mattress!!
Disliked: Room had NO view.. had to get wet to get to it if it's raining.Middle of the downtown ZOO of over-tourism.Only one hot tub was open making it crowded.

Banff was terrific and staying...

Liked: The front desk staff were phenomenal…friendly, pleasant, extremely helpful. Shout out to Gracie who emodied all of the above.
Disliked: While the fireplace added great ambience, the smoky smell wafted throughout the building down the hallways. Maybe it’s not necessary to burn wood on warmer summer days and save it for when it is temperature appropriate to minimize the smoke smell?
