Great Stay!

Liked: Lovely location, perfect for exploring and getting around easily. The B&B itself had lovely facilities, a delicious breakfast and friendly helpful hosts. Our room was spacious and the bed was huge and really comfy! Would definitely recommend.

Relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming

Liked: We were made to feel comfortable from the start. Beautiful building, we stayed in the downstairs room. It was extremely comfortable with a stunning bathroom and bed. Breakfast! Above expectations. Freshly cooked and waited on impeccably. Mark and sabine are wonderful hosts. Well presented, clean airy and homely place to stay. Thank you!

Liked: Moortown Lodge was spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bathroom was exceptional. The owners were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

A fabulous B&B - we...

Liked: The property has been beautifully renovated with big bedrooms and bathrooms. Large, comfortable beds and wonderful showers to welcome you after a day of activity. The breakfasts were superb and our hosts, Mark and Sabine, kindly flexed when we could have breakfast so we could eat before heading off to make our morning golf tee time. They also gave us two superb dinner recommendations that were a short drive away from the property. Both ourselves and our friends drive electric vehicles and a real bonus was having a charger in the parking area to top up our vehicles overnight.

Possibly the best B&B in...

Liked: Wow! What an absolute find this B&B is! Our room was gorgeous - newly decorated with flair and obviously a great deal of thought given to guests' convenience and comfort. The bed was super comfy and the ensuite had a fab monsoon shower. Mark & Sabine were exceptional hosts and Sabine is a truly talented chef - the breakfast was amazing as well as the coffee and pecan cake that she had also rustled up! We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here - it is worth every penny!
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like apart from regretting that we had not booked a longer stay!

Incredible stay for amazing price!

Liked: The Moortown Lodge was gorgeous, we loved our room and bathroom. Lots of vintage charm but with modern, fresh facilities. The breakfast was an incredible spread and really tasty. Mark and Sabine were so lovely and excellent hosts. We wish we had a longer trip so we could enjoy this place more!
Disliked: Nothing! It was fantastic!
