Liked: The spacious bathrooms were great, the tub and the shower covered everyone’s needs. The kitchen was also well-stocked, and the overall layout of the place with the cute view of horses and a small river were lovely, too!
Disliked: Might sound random, but the two single bids for our kids were very light so that the beds would often slide around and out of place if bumped into. Made it a bit of hassle with small kids running around. But again: this is me being very nitpicky. All in all, a fabulous stay!

Top quality accommodation in beautiful...
Liked: Great cottage, with top quality fixtures and fittings throughout, and everything was provided for a self -catering stay.Lovely peaceful location, only a short drive away from Callanish standing stones, beautiful beaches, the black house village and museum, as well as wildlife reserves.Friendly and helpful owner, came by to check if everything was ok for us, and let us know he was available if needed to help with any issues.

3 nights of staying away...
Liked: Really lovely cottage in a great location for exploring the island. The cottage is the best equipped one we have stayed in. Really cosy with a great kitchen

Liked: Well equipped!Tastefully furnished!Quiet and comfortable!Beautiful cottage!
Disliked: Odd neighborhood setting in a strange “town” or grouping of homes, farms, and industrial buildings.It had everything you could imagine and probably would never need (ie shoe polish), except some of the basics that I would like to have had such as paper towels, salt & pepper, aluminum foil, storage baggies, etc.I do not like having to strip the beds and take out the trash… It seems like we paid enough for the place and that should be done for us!
