Liked: Beautiful, relaxing place, with lovely grounds. Very quiet and comfortable. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Easy car parking. Ideal situation, just a few minutes from stunning coastline.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed; I had my best sleep in ages great breakfast and perfect location for walking or just chilling out.

Lovely and friendly hotel, will...

Liked: We loved the location and the settings in a peaceful garden. Lynton, Lynmouth and the Valley of Rocks are only a short drive away. The family room was spacious and had a separate twin room. It was nice that you could open the curtains and the windows were large which gave a nice view of the garden. The lounge and dining room were nicely decorated too. There’s a fridge for guests to store food and drink which was helpful to keep a bottle of milk and wine chilled. And to top it all Mark and Daisy were such lovely hosts making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious too and set us up for the day.We loved that the Woody Bay railway is accessible from the garden.
Disliked: Nothing as far as I can remember.

Liked: such a lovely place to stay! The owners were so welcoming and kind, the room was great with everything we needed and the grounds are so beautiful. We were a little worried about getting around because we don't drive but there's a bus stop at the end of the drive which got us everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The surrounding areas are very nice too and only a short bus ride away, it was brilliant to explore the whole area.
