Canceled flight plus room with...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room 105 did not have a working heater and it was 19 degrees outside

Close to airport but lacking...

Liked: Location close to airport, friendly staff on arrival
Disliked: Heater didn't work in my room (was 15 degrees outside), only a sheet and a thin blanket, could see lights under the door with cold air constantly leaking in, no hot water in the shower (only warm water)
