Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. Super clean room with everything we needed. Peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Brilliant location.

Great location with off street...

Liked: Great location with free onsite parking.Room was immaculately clean.Heated under blankets on bed.
Disliked: We were contacted around lunchtime on the day of arrival to confirm our ETA. I estimated 4-4:30 and confirmed the time reception closed to be 5pm. We arrived around 4:50pm and received a very unwelcoming introduction of ‘I was about to call you again!’, all lights off in the lobby, asked for ID three times while trying to find it and promptly being rushed out all within 3minutes. Walls are paper thin and apartment next door decided to start up a discussion at 3am.
