Liked: The room was lovely - much better than expected. There was loads to do for the kids and the pool was great. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help you.
Disliked: The price of the food and drink was far too expensive. We paid £5 for a tiny basket of bread and everything was generally about 20% higher than you would expect or be prepared to pay. The grounds were also quite run down and could do with some TLC

Disliked: Booking. Com said for our room we would get a patio. We actually got a balcony. Get your act together booking. Com and get you facts right.This sort of issue is not for the first time.

Dirty room - dog ball...

Liked: Beautiful location by the beach and estery although down a long pit hole road a bit cut off
Disliked: Staff were not very good, had to stand with our baby waiting to be seated in the restaurant for about ten minutes while the staff put a order in the till and a very long wait off over 40 minutes for fish and chips. Hasseld to pay a number of times by reception when it got near to check out

Perfect staycation for young families...

Liked: There is so much to do to keep the kids entertained. In all weather. The kid’s favourites where the play room and the pool. Mine was the 90minutes complimentary kids club!
Disliked: If I where to be really picky the only parts I found inconvenient is that there isn’t a hair dryer or an iron in the rooms

Disliked: Ltd menu very expensiveMenu targeted children / younger peoplePoor quality food I had plastic shards in my cold turret of fish in the posh fish and chip menu. There seems to be a lack of staff training To our drinks, orders, right and we had our cheese served with spoons! The surroundings for the Spa same dated although the Spa staff professional.This hotel is nowhere near on a par with others locally for the same money, I really would avoid it.
