Great hotel but shocking service...

Liked: The location was lovely overlooking the marina.
Disliked: Booking.com failed to mention on the app that the hotel swimming pool was closed. Despite a number of messages and proof that it clearly showed the pool was open during our stay. The hotel showed on the booking.com website that the pool is seasonal however I booked through the app which showed it open during our stay.Booking.com are unwilling to acknowledge this is their mistake. Shocking customer service.

Liked: Lovely hotel very modern and staff very helpful and friendly. The Spa was exceptionally clean and modern , I went with friends for my birthday and we all had an extremely good time I had the Marine Breeze treatment it was very relaxing and Aurora was very good at looking after me. Breakfast was varied you could have cooked food or a variety of fruits breads cakes. There was a frig and kettle with teas and coffee.Instructions for the parking area made it easy to park right outside the hotel. I will definitely go again.
