Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The only issue is that the rain shower didn't work properly, and their maintenance team could not fix it during our stay.

Nice base for a visit...

Liked: The location is fabulous, so close to all the sights and accessible to the trams. Our balcony was a perfect spot from where to view the sun set behind Prague Castle
Disliked: The layout of the room meant the sitting area was a little dark and gloomy.

Disliked: The bed was far to soft and the pillows had no support whatsoever. No bathrobes when advertised as included with room even after asking was told they don’t do them.

Liked: The breakfast was included and offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. One thing to note is that access to the parking area is through a rather narrow street, which might be a bit tricky for larger vehicles, but once inside, parking was convenient and secure. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

Great hotel location with good...

Liked: I originally booked this hotel due to the location. It is perfectly situated close enough to the charles bridge that you can easily walk to the castle as well as the old town square. I was very pleased however with the breakfast buffet options. The room was spacious and It was very quiet despite being so close to nearby attractions. It is one street over from the main tourist routes so you don’t get much noise. Staff was very helpful and I had no issues with communication as everyone spoke English. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Honestly nothing. It was all great.
