Mood Hotel

Very good

Welcoming and warm

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful booking us taxis and giving us advice about the local area. The pool area is lovely and quiet too.

Exceptional

Liked: We stayed for one night during our stop in Apulia. The hotel was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a very nice bonus after a long drive. There’s also a great restaurant just a 3-minute walk away – perfect for a relaxing evening. A great spot for a short and pleasant stay!

Terrible staff

Liked: The hotel itself was clean and modern
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude, especially the restaurant manager who often ignored us when we were sat at the bar waiting for a drink. She also hissed at us to move out of her way. She lacked manners and her service was extremely poor. Due to her lack of hospitality I would not stay at this establishment again.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: There was nothing in the rooms. If you wanted a kettle you needed to ask at reception, there were no tea or coffee in the room so if you wanted one you would need to get one from the bar downstairs but that cost 6 euros to do this even if you took it upstairs yourself or you could drink it in the bar at the cost of 2 euros. There were no 2 hangers in the room and again if you needed more you had to ask at reception. They had one iron and one ironing board for the whole of the hotel. You are only provided with one room key which was really annoying because if you forgot to take the room key from your partner you were stuck waiting around for them to go back or if you asked at reception they would let you in your room but you would be sat there with both electricity which unfortunately happened to me at night and I was sat in the dark. On Booking.com website it says the pool is open....it wasn't. I would not recommend this hotel for any families on holiday they tend to catere more for their business clients.

Liked: The hotel and the room was very clean
Disliked: Location, rude staff, no pool, limited repetitive breakfast, not enough coat hangers, no kettle or iron available.

Liked: Breakfast was rubbish some overcooked shrivelled up bacon scrambled eggs was sloppy and in edible and staff was never present
Disliked: Staff were very rude and never present hard to get anything at all . Rooms was ok no drinking facilities unless you wanted to pay 5 euros for a water in room

Good

Liked: The hotel is very modern located right off the highway. The city center is about 10 minutes away. They have a restaurant on site that was a little pricey but we found a restaurant across the street that had great food (Gambrinus Ristorante Pizzeria). The hotel has plenty of parking available.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable and they only gave one pillow that was very flat. Also they had plenty of space in the room where a chair or sofa could have been placed so your only option was to sit on the bed.
