Donald, Troy, visiting Knitting Factory Spokane Fri, 30 August 2019
Not a bad hotel, especially if you're seeing a show at the Knitting Factory across the street. Would recommend.
Liked: The room was cleaned and well maintained.
Disliked: The floors above us were super loud and creaky. Didn't get much sleep.

stay on the 3rd floor,...
Liked: furniture on 2nd floor lobby was comfy
Disliked: too loud. I could hear the people in the room above me at 230 am. walking around and other noise.

We have family in Spokane...
Liked: Location to downtown. The charm of an older building! This building was not perfect, nor should it be for its age, but the attention to detail in painting and fixtures was outstanding.
Disliked: Parking! Parking! Oh, did I say Parking!

It was very nice.
Liked: I liked the location and the lovely staff. I liked the upstairs lobby with the fireplace.
Disliked: The towels were a little cheap and didn't have any shower caps, q-tips, etc.

Would definitely book here again.
Liked: Large room with high ceiling, extremely comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Great common area on 2nd floor for reading and enjoying the free coffee. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the historical feel of the building.

This is a cozy, elegant,...
Liked: I loved everything about The Montvale. Arriving on a late, very cold night and walking right into the lobby with its cheery fire, both of the desk clerks I worked with, the decor throughout, the mirror on the inside door of the closet, the paint color, the quiet room even though it fronted First Avenue, the view of the Fox marquee, the bed and linens, the breakfast option. The shuttle driver (a 21-year-old man) was friendly and sweet and didn't seem to mind that my flight came in late.
Disliked: I can't think of one thing I didn't like.
