Liked: Size of the room was great. Very nice large bath and exceptional shower. Beds were comfortable. Coffee in the morning was great
Disliked: Needed better lighting. Needed more electrical outlets for phones (lamp bases need to have plugs). Needed some amenities in kitchenette, plates, silverware (basics).Restaurant was very small and limited menu. For the room price, breakfast should have been included.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially at reception. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Beverly Hills. The car parking service was smooth and convenient. The hotel itself is top-notch, with spacious rooms, large and comfortable bathrooms, and a truly luxurious atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing — everything exceeded my expectations.

Liked: Great property, a few min walk to the famous Whisky a go go.
Disliked: It held a weird smell inside the hotel. Maybe the carpet was too old and the bleach smell was too strong.

Cute hotel with great amenities...

Liked: Great location for site seeing and easily accessible in n out valet service. Decent sized suite with kitchenette perfect for myself and two adult kids. Morning free tea and coffee was appreciated. Rooftop pool and lounge was fantastic for relaxing and meeting with friends. Kids and I enjoyed playing tennis on the roof with an incredible view of Hollywood and downtown LA.
Disliked: Room and hallways smelled overly chemically ‘clean’.
