Liked: Breakfast in the buffet area was good, many choices. Breakfast from your menu at our table was very good.
Disliked: Your elevators during the busy weekend were slow. After that they were fine.

Clean, spacious room with nice...

Liked: Room was super comfy, spacious and very clean. They were very accommodating when we needed an extra duvet since there were 3 of us. View of city was nice, no issues with noise. Check in and checkout was easy and quick. The staff at reception was kind enough to add my bonvoy member account to my booking even though I booked via booking.com so I could get my points and I really appreciated that. Also super convenient location - it was really easy to get to old port, plateau/mile end from Bonaventure station. We also found out later it's directly connected to the metro underground so you don't even have to go outside if it's raining or cold!
Disliked: Elevators were a little slow waiting to go down - although it probably was busier than usual because it's a big hotel and there was a music festival (and maybe a wedding?) going on. We had to wait at least 10 mins to get downstairs one time in the morning because we think everyone was going to breakfast.

Liked: The room was clean and had a good size. The bathroom though could have been bigger. Super comfy beds.Great breakfast.Very close to the centre and the attractions.
Disliked: Long queues at the lift - there are 5 lifts but only one or two seemed to be working.
