Highly recommend, friendly , perfect...

Liked: Having read some poor reviews I was a little unsure what to expect. From the first communication with the Hotel about my room requirements to the time we checked out at the hotel, everyone and everything was excellent. Natasha has been very helpful and friendly and when there was an issue to be resolved, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The food in the restaurant was superb, Spa facilities very relaxing, over all a very enjoyable stay. Every staff member we met was friendly and polite. Oh, and I slept well .. I'm a light sleeper at the best of times, beds and bedding are really comfortable.
Disliked: Can't think of anything negative about our stay

Liked: Extremely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.Beautiful place, very comfortable, plenty of places to relax.
Disliked: The spa had a heating issue which was soon fixed but not in time for us to thoroughly enjoy it.Would be great though.

Superb hotel for our short...

Liked: The room was great and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was extremely useful to have an on-site ev charger too. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful.
Disliked: Can't really think of any helpful suggestions.

Excellent stay Charlton country house...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A pot of tea was made for us when we arrived. We had a superb 3 course meal with great service. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and steam room. There was sufficient parking. Plenty of places to relax. Large outdoor space. Large comfortable room with sofa
