Spacious rooms; very clean; great service; great location; great price. Very enjoyable stay. We will stay again when we return to Portland.

Unfriendly people, junky grounds.

Liked: Convenient parking, price.
Disliked: The most unwelcoming, unfriendly people to deal with. I felt like an imposition, rather than a valued customer. The frame of the bed actually hurt me when I sat down and the grounds were junky. I was very surprised given the rating on this site, and felt I had to share so others don't make the same mistake. I won't return, no matter the price.

Liked: We went to Portland for a concert so we only used the room to sleep. Portland is sketchy but this place was above expectations. It was clean and we felt it was in a good area. Would stay again.

Disliked: The neighborhood is not the best, there were some rough looking people in the area

Affordable convenience

Liked: The place was private and comfortable. I liked having the coffee maker and refrigerator. Everything worked well and the location fit my plans.
Disliked: Other rooms had more windows but it was fine.
