I'm not totally satisfied
Liked: Need to upgrade things
Disliked: Higher price rooms to be updated and upgraded to 5-star hotel rooms. And add free breakfast.

The hotel was great, but...
Liked: I really liked my accommodations, the room was clean, comfortable and my partial ocean view was great.
Disliked: I booked a 90 minute massage for 1:30 pm. The massage therapist came and got me at 1:45 pm which was 15 minutes late and it ended at 3:19pm which was not 90 minutes. I ate at the Schooner Landing restaurant and ordered a New York strip steak that I ordered medium well and it was extremely tough. I let the server know and ordered a different cut which was a ribeye steak I ordered medium well and that was undercooked and tough. For the price, I did not enjoy my dinner at all.

Disliked: we had booked a room with a direct sea view. we got one with small windows! we felt like we were in a cellar. for the price of 500 $ a night absolutely unacceptable. on arrival we were not helped to take our luggage out of the car. we think this hotel is a pure money machine! the guests only come once! for us that's right we will avoid this hotel!

Great location, ok value.
Liked: The location and hotel room were very nice. The restaurants had pretty good food, and the views were outstanding. Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I would probably stay here again when returning.
Disliked: The staff attention to details weren't the best. The wrong luggage was initially brought to my room, and one of the two card keys we received didn't work. We left our room and came back two minutes later to find the cleaning staff inside asking if anyone was there. When we told them that was our room, they asked for my card key and id in a somewhat rude way that my wife and I didn't care for at all. The restaurants also made several little mistakes with orders, and that theme seemed somewhat pervasive throughout. I've stayed at comparable hotels for business and leisure and this place had a few more mistakes and issues than average.
