Liked: It’s on the beach
Disliked: Everything. It did not look clean, smells musty/moldy. A/C gets cold when on but door and slider maybe not sealed right and the room is super humid so everything (your clothes, sheets) feels damp or wet. You pay a resort fee or housekeeping fee but they don’t clean the rooms or make the bed. The only thing they do is take out the garbage. It has a kitchen but you are not provided with anything to clean with (sponge, soap, paper towels). Bathroom also did not have shampoo/conditioner. Elevators are dirty, pool was full of sand and cloudy….gross. Water was shut off for the majority of a day without notice and I had to send a message to the hotel asking about it in order to be informed and them send a message to the hotel guests. We were late for our dinner because we could not get ready due to the water shut off. Overall a terrible experience with regard to the hotel. If you’re used to a 1 or 2 star hotel experience then this would be the place. If you want anything better stay far away from here.

Liked: I liked that the property was on the beach and also it was down the road from a lot of popular attractions. The room was very clean a overall good stay.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like about the hotel was maybe breakfast, which is not a big deal and the wait for the elevators. Lol . Which is also not a big deal.
