Management doesn’t card

Liked: I like that the room was a good size
Disliked: I traveled all day, got to the room, and the AC wasn’t working. I called front desk and they couldn’t care less. Had to repack everything at 2AM. Moved rooms and the new room reeked of weed. I contacted the property to make management aware of the issues and got no response.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. Staff were amazing especially the ladies in the breakfast. Housekeeping did great as well! Will definitely stay again!

This was my second time...

Liked: Great location and easy access to the beach had multiple pools to chose from
Disliked: Staff was rude and very unfriendly the room stayed super hot due to the ac not working and even after multiple calls for maintenance nothing was done

Disliked: We asked at front desk to fix or door and are safe and it was not done. We could not secure are valuables.

Had fun but could have...

Liked: it was on the beach and the pools were nice.
Disliked: The hotel phones didn’t work in our room, a piece of the air conditioner kept falling off, the bed rails kept coming out from under the beds, the elevators took 20 plus minutes to come.
