Liked: Central location, awesome friendly and very helpful staff
Disliked: The washer/dryer

Served its purpose.

Liked: Location was good . Close to Pacific fair.
Disliked: Lugging the suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Having to move the car to another location because of road closures due to the marathon.

Great for what we wanted

Liked: Great location, car parking was undercover, so safe and convenient for getting around.
Disliked: Aging

Disliked: Leaving day was difficult. You have to exit then bring back the key and there is no where to park on the street

Disappointing, unsatisfactory and I didn't...

Liked: I like that I complained and got moved into a nicer quality room however that room was still below par but was much better then the first room.
Disliked: Sheets in first room had mould on them (the sheets had been cleaned/washed but had mould at the end of the bed near your feet) and the couch was disgusting in the room, unless you want to get germs you wouldn't sit on it.
