Poor

Liked: I never complain like this, but Connor at the front desk was so rude to my wife. I couldn’t believe it… when we asked him for help he said we had to call bookings.com because we booked through a third-party and they cannot help us… Overall, he was just very very rude… I know everybody has bad days, but this was a little overboard

Never say there and never...

Liked: We didnt stay there- the room was super tiney, there where bedbugs in the bed. We left after a second and they told us that you will contact them in regards the refund. When we tried to get a hold of you you never answered. Pls call me 702-955-8185 Atar
Disliked: Bedbugs are not for me.
