Would never stay here again; for $225 a night I would expect a half decent place, this is not!

Disliked: Old; outdated rooms; awful service.

Disliked: Fridge didn't work; hard to find things; no conditioner or comb; dated; old; tiny TV.

Liked: The location to Rogers Stadium. Amazing to be able to walk there and back. The bathroom and towels were very clean
Disliked: The furniture looked shabby and the one chair provided was wobbly and not very clean. The bed seemed clean however I woke up in the morning covered in bites on my arms. Bedbugs!!!!!

Disliked: The breakfast could use some work. Not enough seating. Can’t take it back to your room. The creamer should have ice in the tray same with the yogurt should have ice to keep it cool.

Disliked: Obviously older building and could use a lot of updating- elevators, check in process, using actual keys instead of key cards. You can hear everything in the halls and the staff likes to start cleaning at 830am- just a heads up

Very basic hotel with poor...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for me attending a concert at the Roger’s Stadium
Disliked: Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, however I arrived at 5pm and no rooms were available! My daughter and I had to change clothes in the lobby restroom to get ready for a concert we were attending that evening! They finally gave us our KEY to the room (with was literally a single key to a turn key lock) but the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning it up! The room doesn’t have a safe so I didn’t trust to leave any of my valuables in the room with the housekeeper still being in there, so instead I had to lock my belongings up in my car & the whole time I was at the concert I was worried about if my car was safe. The room is very basic with (what looks like) a 19 inch flat screen TV (very small). And the continental breakfast was sub-par. They offered waffles (LEGO-my eggo) and bagels without any butter to spread on them (among other items, cereal, muffins, etc). But overall if it wasn’t for the convenience of the location and free parking I would have rated this hotel much lower!
