Monte Carlo Inns - Vaughan Suites

It was a nice place to use as a hub to go out and visit Toronto. Nothing special to draw you to that particular place.

Liked: The mattress was very comfortable. Shower water pressure was fantastic!
Disliked: No coffee available outside the restaurant and you couldn’t go back in without a card. Food choices below average. Decor outdated (not a big deal).

Good experience overall.

Not worth the $300 a...

Liked: I liked the location. Great water pressure and shower. And the room was clean. Thats about as far as the likes went.
Disliked: The bed squeaked like crazy with every movement. The continental breakfast procedure in the morning is a joke. I started to get a coffee and was rudely interrupted by the wait staff about a voucher I'm supposed to get from the front desk, or it's not free. When I booked the room, I was assured the breakfast was included. Not that I'd have to go back to the snobby front desk staff, get a voucher, and show it to the waitress before getting a coffee. This process needs fixing. And the waitress needs training on courtesy. No one tells anyone they need a voucher. I heard her tell 3 more people who walked in expecting a nice, free coffee when they first wake up.
