Ashley, Toronto, visiting Le Dome Banquet Halls

I was given the option of choosing a smoking room or non smoking room. Being a smoker I was happy to see this choice (from ConcertHotels.com) but when I got to the hotel it was a smoke free one. Oh well. When I booked the room I was given a total of $96 and change. When I checked in I had to pay $207 and change. $100 deposit and the rest was for the room. This was something I was not told about beforehand. Overall I'm not happy with the lack of information I was given, but the room was what I expected for a highway hotel.

Horrible! Couldn’t sleep at all

Disliked: The smell of the room was very bad, the dust everywhere, and the black ants are everywhere as well. It felt like an old escape room!

Affordable but not for more...

Liked: Convenient to get around Reception staff were friendly and helpful and changed our room on request without any issue.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t change the bedding, the orange juice was full of ice not enough choice for the breakfast buffet it was basic and limited , at times noisy and untidy.
