Monte Carlo Inns Oakville Suites

I was given the option of choosing a smoking room or non smoking room. Being a smoker I was happy to see this choice (from ConcertHotels.com) but when I got to the hotel it was a smoke free one. Oh well. When I booked the room I was given a total of $96 and change. When I checked in I had to pay $207 and change. $100 deposit and the rest was for the room. This was something I was not told about beforehand. Overall I'm not happy with the lack of information I was given, but the room was what I expected for a highway hotel.

Disliked: because i did not stay there Be careful they are scammer On the website, they said 150 deposits, and when we got there, they wanted to charge us 300 because we were using a debit card So we decided to cancel the stay and asked them to refund us . They said to speak to the agent, and the agent sent them a few requests, but they pretended that we had stayed there so they could not refund us

Liked: The location is perfect, the room is clean and staff are friendly. We want to specially thank Sneha for her kindly help and assistance on the first day of our arriving. her consideration and meeting our expectation in a timely manner really impress us.
Disliked: if the elevator may be improved, it would be much better
